Endless looping, recurring failure on every cold start, error LEDs or instability after Windows loads is not something to dismiss as normal training. Unsupported memory, wrong slot population, poor seating or an aggressive XMP/EXPO profile may be involved.

Return to the last known stable, manufacturer-supported configuration rather than repeatedly changing voltage or timing values. Record the original settings before clearing anything.

Avoid actions that can create a second fault

  • Do not keep forcing power through a system that smells burnt or trips protection.
  • Do not open a PSU or reuse modular cables from another unit.
