Warranty information
Repair and Replacement-Part Warranty
A clear distinction between the 30-day repair workmanship warranty and part-specific supplier or manufacturer cover.

Repair workmanship
Repair workmanship is covered for 30 days from the date the device is returned, subject to the same fault and normal use. The specific repair and any exclusions should also appear on the receipt or written quote.
Replacement parts
Warranty on a supplied replacement part depends on that part, supplier or manufacturer. The applicable period should be confirmed before the repair is approved where it differs from the workmanship period.
What is not automatically covered
A warranty does not normally cover unrelated faults, new physical or liquid damage, malware introduced after return, misuse, third-party work, data loss or failure of a separate aged component. The exact facts still need review.
How to raise a concern
Stop using the device if continued use could cause damage. Contact PC Repair Guru promptly with the invoice, device, original fault and new symptoms so the repair can be inspected.
